Ship to Shop, Live on Pinkney Street

Stroll with us down one of the quaintest streets in Annapolis, Pinkney Street. The year is 1770 and you’ll experience what life was like in Annapolis 250 years ago – a bustling port town and colonial capital, where commerce is thriving.
Visit the Waterfront Warehouse, Shiplap House, and Hogshead, where you’ll encounter sailors, laborers, servants, and the local milliner, Catharine Rathal. They’ll engage with you, share their tales, and how women contributed to the economy of Annapolis!
Learn how they coped with unsettled times, and how the merchants dealt with international trade. Enjoy this grand way to see history come alive – it’s a family-friendly event with take-home activities for all.
Cost: $10 for Adults; $5 for Children (3-17, 2 and under free)
Pre-registration is recommended. Timed entry will be offered at 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, and 3 pm. Registration is limited to 30 people per hour. Facial coverings are required for all visitors per current guidelines.
