The Black Vote Mural Project Youth Conference is a virtual summit dedicated to the empowerment of Maryland’s youth. Your input is needed in the national dialogue of healing social ills and we are creating a space for you to take the lead in advocating for issues that affect your future. Now is the time to learn about how you can participate in democracy and be an agent of change in your community.
