Please find below an important update regarding the Non-Profit Economic Development Recovery Grant Program from Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation (AAEDC). Due to programmatic issues, AAEDC delayed the opening of the application period of its Non-Profit Economic Development Recovery Grant Program which was to start on Monday, May 10. New application dates have now been announced! Here's a new opportunity to get involved with the Maryland State Arts Council (MSAC)! After two rounds of Listening Sessions to gather recommendations from constituents, editors are needed to revise the funding model in MSAC's Grants for Organizations (GFO) program. Editors will review data/research, constituent feedback, and proposed changes to make recommendations. The proposed policy revisions will then be reviewed by the MSAC board for approval. Shuttered Venue Operators Grant Application Portal Reopened

The application portal for the Shuttered Venue Operators Grant reopened yesterday, Monday, April 26. This grant provides emergency assistance for eligible venues affected by COVID-19. Eligible entities include: live venue operators or promoters; theatrical producers; live performing arts organization operators; museum operators; motion picture theater operators (including owners); and talent representatives.
