Take note! The forthcoming Shuttered Venue Operators (SVO) Grant offered through the US Small Business Administration provides emergency assistance for eligible venues affected by the COVID pandemic. Eligible applicants may qualify for SVO Grants equal to 45% of their gross earned revenue, with the maximum amount available for a single grant award of $10 million. Applications and Nominations for the Next Annapolis Poet Laureate Due February 26. Mayor Gavin Buckley has announced the search for the next Poet Laureate for the City of Annapolis. The Poet Laureate for the City is an honorary role with responsibility to promote the literary arts and literacy within the Annapolis community.
